PairStreet separates token issuance from financial pairing. Pump and Solana launch and trade the token. PairStreet attaches the financial Pair: the Pair Instrument, the Pair Vault that accumulates value for it, the Pair Router that acquires it, and the reward epochs that deliver it to holders.
